Royalty split

Artist and Label (The Loyal Studios) to the following
royalty split for all sales and streams of the artist’s music :
• Investment (both) : 50-50 percent
• Share : 50-50 percent
• ⁠All copyrights under record label (The Loyal Studios)
• ⁠All credits for the music shall be attributed to Artist
• Threshold will be one million views (means this royalty
split will be applicable after crossing 1 million views)

NO Royalty split

The label agrees to make a
one-time payment to the Artist for the acquisition
of all rights to the music:
• Investment by Label (The Loyal Studios)
• ⁠One-time payment or no payment to Artist
• ⁠No share of royalties to Artists
• ⁠All copyrights to the music shall be owned by Label (The Loyal Studios)
• ⁠All credits for the music shall be attributed to Artist
